Obtained from the grinding of pickled Taggiasca olives. The pate prepared by Riccardo and Andrea has the delicate aromatic taste typical of the olives of the Riviera di Ponente. Mostly used as a condiment for pasta and, more generally, first courses, this sauce is also great spread on bruschettas, croutons, and roasted bread. As such, it is great as part of a starter or a buffet for the aperitif, or just as a healthy, authentic snack.
